Testing charges (full) along with service tax are to be paid in advance by cash ( up to Rs.10000.00 ) or by demand draft in favor of Director NBRI Lucknow payable at Lucknow while placing order. Test charges are non-refundable. |

The analytical report/data/chromatograph/spectra are provided only for research/development purposes. Test report shall not be utilized for any legal purpose and will not be produced in the Court of Law. No responsibility would be attached to NBRI-Lucknow in case of litigation based on the test report. |

Test samples are accepted between 10.0 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. (Lunch hour 1.30-2.0 p.m.) on all working days. |

Materials for testing are to be supplied to the institute by the party on their own cost and as required in quantity. |

The test report issued refers only to the sample submitted for the test. |

The time required for testing will be intimated at the time of receiving the sample. However the institute reserves the right to extend the time under the circumstances beyond control. |
