In the pilot-plant we have all the basic
facilities required for preparation of various herbal formulations
and Pharmacological evaluation.
The bulk plant material can be dried in drier having capacily of
45 trays. Pulverisor, granulator, tablet punching, polishing, coating
machines and capsule filling device, sigma mixture, double cone
blender for mixing the essential oil component in formulations,
extractor for extracting plant materials for the preparation of
colour and other formulations, spray drier fermenter, pasteurizer,
carbonating machine, horizontal autoclave and homoginisor. Facilities
are available for preparation of herbal products developed by the
institute.
