Objectives
Survey and identification of diseases
of ornamental and Industrial crops and to devise the control
measures for diseases of national importance preferably in an
ecofriendly manner.
Achievements
Developed complete package of Integrated Disease
Management (IDM) in betelvine against major diseases viz. Foot rot
and leaf rot, collar rot, leaf spot etc.
A videocassette produced in collaboration with
MCRC Jamia Milia University, Delhi on complete Agro technology of
betelvine production available for training-cum-demonstration programme.
